Several of our youth athletes have moved on to college track and field. We continue to
provide coaching support for them on holiday and summer breaks, as well as email
consultations and updates.

Alumni who have moved on from Tucson.....
Clint Robison (Salpointe 2008) is now a sophomore jumping for the University of Kansas.
Tom Kreiger trained with Pole Pilots while jumping for Pima CC. He was 5th at Nationals in 2008 and is now working for the U. S.
Border Patrol in Texsx.
Megan Cassidy (Salpointe) is now in graduate school at Columbia University, in NY. She competed for the UA.
Colin Witter-Tilton (Ironwood Ridge HS 2006) 4A State Champ with a PR of 16'1, Colin is a Senior at the University of Oregon.
Caitlin Clancy (CDO 2006) 4A State Champ with a PR of 12', Caitlin is a senior at the University of Tulsa. School record holder, Caitlin
was a Third-Team Academic All-American, as well as a semi-finalist for the Rhodes Scholarship!
Martin Nevarez (Casa Grande HS 2006), 5A State Champ with a PR of 15'7, Martin competed at Paradise Valley Community College,
was national Champion for Casa Grande Community College. He is competing for the University of Maryland, Baltimore County.
Lee Poe (Catalina Foothills 2004) was 4A Region Champ with a season best of 14'6".
Allison Brown (Rincon/University 2004) pole vaulted at MIT. Allison had a HS best of 9'6".
Brian Flannery (Rincon/University 2001) was a scholarship athlete for Pima Community College. Brian had a HS best of 14'. He has
returned from his 2003-2004 LDS Mission and has resumed training. Brian is now married and living and teaching English in China.
Holly Kirchberger (Flowing Wells HW 2003) is vaulting at Paradise Valley Community College. She had a high school best of 11'0.
She is now a teacher for the Vail School District.
Matt Felton (Palo Verde 2002) competed for Pima CC for two years, with a best of 15'5 (4.65) vaulted and competed as a decathlete for
Adams State, in Colorado..
Shaina Frost (Mt. View 2004) attended Mesa CC as a vaulter in 2004-2006. She had a high school best of 10'6", and was 5A Southern
Region Champ.
Erin Anderson (Mt. View (Tucson/Marana) 2001) pole vaulted at the University of Arkansas, with a current PR of 13'3"' (4.02), after
graduating from Paradise Valley Community College as a scholarship athlete. In 2004 Erin qualified for the NCAA Outdoor
Championships. Erin was (until 2002) the 4A State Record Holder (12'1) and the 4A State Meet Record Holder (11'7). In 2001 she
was the Luke Greenway Meet of Champions Winner, 2nd at the Great Southwest Invitation, 8th in the Golden West Invitational, and an
All-American with 8th at the USATF Junior Nationals. In 2003 Erin was NJCAA Indoor and Outdoor champion, and in 2002 NJCAA
Indoor and Outdoor Champion and 4th at USATF Jr. Nationals, with a personal best of 12'7". Erin is now Erin Hillock, and is a mom
and an EMT.
Kindall Witter-Tilton (Canyon Del Oro 2001) competed at the U. S. Military Academy at West Point. Kindall was 5A Region Runner-Up
in 2000 with a high-school best of 10'6.
Laura Cagle (Canyon Del Oro 1999) was the school record co-holder at Northern Arizona University (NAU) with a PR of 11'6. As of fall
2006, Laura is enrolled in veterinary school in Canada.
Rudy Poe (Catalina Foothills 2002) was 4A Region Champ and 3rd Place in 4A State in 2004 with a high school best of 14'0. In fall
2006 he is a senior in international studies at the UA. He has lifetime PR of 4.60 (15'1).
