Pole Pilots & Pole Lending.
We NEVER lend poles to non-members.

We generally do not lend poles to youth athletes during HS season.

We have a "you break it you bought it" policy for any poles used at
an event without direct supervision of certified club coaches (e.g.
Croissant or Willits).

Why?
We expect high schools to provide appropriate equipment for their
athletes.
We find it nearly impossible to choose who gets a pole in cases that
multiple athletes need the same equipment.
The implied liability, especially if a non-member uses club equipment
without appropriate supervision, is inappropriate.
